We are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources and Recruiting Coordinator for our growing healthcare organization in Baldwin, PA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department
  • Enter employment data into computer database
  • Track and update employee's licensure, PTO, personal, and holiday time
  • Assist HR Director with customer service calls
  •  Screen/source/ cold call potential candidates, guide candidates through the interview,
  • Send offers, rejections and required onboarding documentation
  • Conduct background checks on new employees and other required state clearances
  • Handle employee relations
  • Process FMLA and worker's compensation claims
  • Create job templates and post to job boards


  •  Degree in HR-related field required (Bachelor's preferred) or equivalent years of experience
  • 2+ years' related administrative experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Solid understanding of MS Office
  • Familiar with applicant tracking database systems
